One reviewer said, "The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the quality." the quality issues are not just because it's not solid wood but because of the overall workmanship. The hutch comes with 23 pre-drilled holes and they supply screws intended to fit, but the screws only tighten down all the way on 11 of the holes!! the holes and screws supplied for "two-piece hanging rail system" are not deep enough and, the holes are a tad too wide so they don't tighten all the way and leave one with an uneasy feeling about the hutch's stability on the wall. This product is well below the quality of a similar Sauder product.

The hutch should NOT be thought of as a serious bookshelf; it's way too small. I'm using mine to hold 31 books, and a few nic-nacs.

On the positive side, I received the product within a short period of time and it was extremely well packaged, and, the hutch is quite attractive.

This is NOT a hutch. It is a bookcase to hang on a wall. A hutch is something that sits on or attaches to a desk or table or china cabinet. Be careful in ordering because you might order the wrong thing. I ordered a Prepac computer hutch by mistake because I thought it was a desk. The picture was deceptive. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the quality. But then again, for the price, you can't expect real wood. This desk and hutch is perfect for a kid's room, especially the hutch. Although not real wood it is solid and easy to assemble. I have recommended it to others who bought it and loved it as well. Highly recomment for a child's room since it looks great, it's functional, and not expensive. If damaged it is not expensive and it won't hurt your wallet. DEFINETELY get the hutch. It is worth every penny and more.

I was mislead when ordering this item. I thought the item included the bottom drawers plus the hutch but it is only the hutch. It does appear to be of good quality but the piece of furniture will cost approximately $920 to purchase everything. Way more than what I want to spend for one piece of baby furniture. Apparently, other people make the same mistake because according to Amazon's stats 69 % of customers purchase the hutch while only 9 % purchased the combo dresser (after viewing the item). I wanted to get a review posted so other customers will not make the same mistake.

I was looking for a nursery set that was made of solid wood, good quality, and would not break the bank. This set is great. It is made of solid wood construction and looks great. I purchased the entire set...this combo hutch, the combo dress, the crib, and the other dresser. All of which I believe were a great price. I trusted purchasing this set online without being able to touch/feel it first because it is made by Simmons Kids, and Simmons has been areound for a long time making mattresses, furniture, etc. Those legs that are at the bottom of each piece of furniture actually screw on at the bottom, so if your floors are a little unlevel (like my wood floors were) you can actually screw those legs to whatever height makes the furniture not unlevel. My husband put this whole set together in about 2 hours all by himself, all he needed help with is lifting the hutch on top of the combo dresser.

We almost pulled the trigger buying this from Amazon but out local store was giving us a 25% off (Burlington Coat Factory). We picked the hutch and combo. The hutch came assembled and I have to point this out, it was on a pallet like the combo hutch. Everything about it was excellent. Un-boxed, cleaned and moved to where it needed to be. The drawers are of high quality, solid wood and they have the nice slide and lock feature. Wife made the right decision and out baby to be is going to be using this for years to come we hope.

I was given one of these as a gift and I really like it. I find it is easy to use, and I like that it stores in its own case. Somethings to be aware of is that the parts are mostly plastic (don't let the silver look in the picture fool you). Also, the cork release doesn't always work, and when that happens you have to untwist the cork yourself form an akward angle.

Mine broke after only about a year. I contacted Metrokane, who gives you the name of one specific person... They wanted me to pay the shipping to send it in, plus $15 shipping & handling to get a new one sent back to me--not worth it. Kind of lacking customer service when it costs as much as a new one to get a warranty replacement.

As far as the rabbit itself... it's nice. It takes up a LOT of cabinet space, though, so I prefer a regular waiter's corkscrew. You could fit 25 waiter's corkscrews in the space this thing takes up.

Got this as a gift one month ago and all went very well until the rubber that encircles the bottle top before you press the handle down is coming apart. And I used it just as they say.

I called and later got a phone call saying I would have to pay shipping back plus $10. I emailed and asked why I should pay for a defective product. Answer- that's the 10 year warranty. Let's see---$35 or so dollars, one month use, probably $15 or so dollars to pay them and ship it back---not a very good warranty. Excellent when it works and I was perfectly happy with my waiter's corkscrew. The rabbit is fun to use. More than I can say for the company. Oh yes, they said I would also have to show proof of purchase. I explained it was a gift from a person I don't know well enough to do such a thing. Lastly, a friend who knows wine and all about it said he has never heard of a rabbit holding up for very long.

After looking at these things forever I finally decided on a reasonably priced one that got alot of reviews. The biggest problem i have with is is that my plastic case was all scratched up when it got here. There was no packaging for the device aside from the cardboard box around my whole order and as a result it looks like someone took sandpaper to what would otherwise be a nice, clear plastic holding case. I am sure I can fix it but was not please because of that. Works as expected, so we'll see how long the life is on it as others were complaining about. It seems to be built well and first few attempts to use it went pretty good.

Got to back up others who have had problems with this product. If only I'd read them first. At least I only spent $20 on it. Some say 'worked fine for 25 bottles, then trouble,' or 'broke after xx many bottles opened.' Not me. It's never broken, and never consistently worked from the beginning. Sometimes it still does, but that's rare and it's been awhile. MY particular issue is one many describe, though not all: the 'worm' goes in just fine, then the worm pulls out just fine, leaving cork in the bottle. I've never had one push the cork into the bottle, and when it DOES pull the cork out (maybe half the time, probably less..), I don't have trouble getting the cork off the device. And I have plenty of strength for the process. It's just -- more often than not, worm goes in, worm comes out, and cork is sitting there in the bottle, laughing at me, and the useless hole I just drilled through it. At that point I get out the old double handled job, which has never failed. I may just toss this one into the next 'stoop sale' or 'Goodwill' box. Haven't quite totally given up, but a product which worked less than half the time from the very first is definitely one that NO ONE should EVER buy!

These are wonderful. My ND Buns love these mats. They love to lay on them, that is where they prefer to sleep, on the mats. They love to chew and nibble them. They are a great addition. I have a large hutch with wire flooring and so for some of the flooring I have the plastic mats with holes for the poop to go down, but on the other half of the floor I have these mats and they just love them so much. This way their little feet are protected from those awful wires.

This thing is big and robust. I thought it would be small because of the photo that shows a baby bunny on it. In fact, it is plenty big enough for my adult Holland lop.

Judging from the thickness and quality of this mat, I think it will last a long time even though he loves to tear up grassy things. It's a great item for enrichment.

We just bought this hutch, and it is really cheap. Several of the boards are split, and some of the pieces don't fit together properly. It was also missing some hardware. I ordered this item based on viewing a neighbor's hutch - it had the same brand name and was of good quality. Things have changed - the quality was just not there - little blocks that were glued on along the back edge to support the floor of the hutch - had come off. The glue seemed to have dried out and come loose. If a person had the time and is a bit handy these issues can be over come - but with two eager children and two guinea pigs needing a home there just was not time for me to properly make the alterations needed in the time allowed - I managed to drill and screw those blocks on - but there were other issues that I just live with. If I could have paid more and got better - I would have been more satisfied.

Absolutely love my Rabbit! It open bottles with ease... The included foil cutter cut cleanly, leaving no mess. The corkscrew itself fits easily and effortlessly over the mouth of the bottle and two swift arm movements have your cork out, cleanly and smoothly. Got to back up others who have had problems with this product. If only I'd read them first. At least I only spent $20 on it. Some say 'worked fine for 25 bottles, then trouble,' or 'broke after xx many bottles opened.' Not me. It's never broken, and never consistently worked from the beginning. Sometimes it still does. MY particular issue is one many describe, though not all: the 'worm' goes in just fine, then the worm pulls out just fine, leaving cork in the bottle. I've never had one push the cork into the bottle, and when it DOES pull the cork out (maybe half the time, probably less..), I don't have trouble getting the cork off the device. And I have plenty of strength for the process. It's just -- more often than not, worm goes in, worm comes out, and cork is sitting there in the bottle, laughing at me, and the useless hole I just drilled through it. At that point I get out the old double handled job, which has never failed. I may just toss this one into the next 'stoop sale' or 'Goodwill' box. Having totally given up, but a product which worked less than half the time from the very first is definitely one that NO ONE should EVER buy!
